Casa Flambo is a small, community building with 5 units around a common tropical patio inspired by traditional Latin American architecture. It is a unique place in Miami, with comfortable units for long-duration remote work stints, hosting friends and family for dinner, or sharing a the space with friends all the while having privacy. Guests enjoy private access to the unit, but can make use of the ample, breezy porches on each level facing the patio to eat, do yoga, read a book, or just chat! The apartment consists of two suites, each with their own bathroom and walk-in closet, and an open living/dinning/cooking space in between. The second suite’s bathroom is accessible without entering the room for use by people visiting the apartment.
