Hollywood Hills is the Southern area of the city of Hollywood and the Jewish population has also grown in size due to the high demand area of the neighboring Emerald Hills community. There are currently 3 shuls in the area and access to all kosher restaurants and kosher markets are within a 5 minute drive to Stirling Road. This area has better prices for mid to large homes as compared to other areas in South Florida and with its close proximity to  I-95 and the beaches, it makes this community a unique attraction as a potential place to live.
