The openness of this community is rare, the foliage beautiful, and surrouned by water. The amenities are great as well. There is a great gym, yoga room, 2 tennis courts, 2 pools, jacuzzi, a very nice clubhouse with a 24 hour manned guard gate. This is a family oriented community, a pet friendly community, only NO pets are permited in this home. A little FYI, the DOM is only because we ALSO rent on Airbnb which would not notify the days rented. Current guests move out Sept 25. It is available Oct. 11 – Dec. 14th.
