Coconut Cay is a single family community located in Miami Gardens.  It is comprised of young families with approximately 35-40 Shomer Shabbos Families that all go to the Chabad of Coconut Cay located inside the community. With access to larger homes at reasonable prices this community has grown exponentially in the last couple of years. It is located 20 minutes from Aventura and 20 minutes from Hollywood, so everything is within driving distance. To those living in this community, they feel they live in a hidden gem outside the main Jewish areas of Miami.
